April 13th, 2025 | In life, our reactions often say more than our words—and they reveal what’s really driving us. In one of Jesus’ darkest moments, while Peter reached for a sword, Jesus reached for surrender, choosing compassion, obedience, and trust in the Father’s will. Where Peter acted out of impulse, Jesus responded with intentional love—even toward His betrayer. It’s a powerful reminder that being a follower of Jesus means more than belief—it’s about becoming someone who reacts differently because they abide differently.
